SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery Timelines: We will make every effort to get your order delivered to you as per your convenient/ chosen available slot or as shared best with our shipping partners. As of now we only cater to India.
i. The usual delivery time will be 1-7 working days but, we will attempt to make your delivery as soon as possible, as per our internal scheduling and allotment, during the delivery hours 09:30 hours to 21:30 hours on all days. If you fail to take delivery, we will make one more attempt to deliver your order to you. If the delivery is not accepted or not possible on the second attempt, it shall be treated as canceled.
ii. The delivery agent may decline to deliver the product if he finds any inconsistency with any detail of the recipient of the order.
iii. It is your responsibility to count and check all the products while accepting the Products as per your Order. No dispute on missing products will be entertained by Next Age Innovations once you accept the products at your delivery location.
iv. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address to us and we do not verify the same. In case of incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, Next Age Innovations will not be liable for any refund or replacement. In case the delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it shall be treated as canceled.
We request you to check all the Products at the time of delivery. A complaint pertaining to quantity mismatches or shortages will not be entertained if the complaint is not lodged immediately on delivery. Shipping Charges However, Next Age Innovations may run certain promotions/offers or prescribe minimum order value for each transaction to waive the delivery charges. In case of self-pickup from any of our warehouses, there will be no delivery charges.

We promise 7 days no questions asked return policy. Just ship us back the product with your invoice details and we shall give you a full refund.
